Bosson Union Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd (formerly called Bosson Chemical) is officially listed on the new three board on August 8, 2017,the stock referred to as "Bosson Union", stock code is 871980.Listing successfully on the new three board is an important milestone on the road of company's growth, marking that the company has officially entered the Chinese capital market. The company will make full use of capital market to boost industrial upgrading, leading the new materials, intelligent manufacturing innovation and development under the background “Chinese manufacture 2025”.
 

Bosson Union completed A round of financing successfully before the listing. Beikehejing (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd (Technology and financial integrated service platform of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission) and Dongzhengjingxin Investment Management Co., Ltd (Direct investment subsidiary of Dongguan Securities) are investment advisers and investors, Dacheng Innovative Capital Management Co., Ltd is the administrator.These three asset management plans are the institutional shareholders of Bosson Union.
